A Minneapolis skyline, buried under everything that happened on top of it. Eyes that will not close, numerals, a tilted playing card with a circled X, and the words YELLOW CHEESE scrawled near the bottom edge where no one asked for them. Finished in Minneapolis in the summer of 2020, during the uprising after George Floyd's murder.

The original: MPLS PTSD, 2020, mixed media on hand-stretched canvas, about 60 × 48 inches, stretcher built by the artist. Available by inquiry.
